This paper examines the operating principles of a software application designed for managing an Agile project roadmap. The concept of an Agile roadmap as a strategic planning tool is analyzed, focusing on aligning goals, initiatives, and product feature delivery. The architecture of the application, data processing mechanisms, and integration with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) are described. Key system processes are identified, including strategy definition, task decomposition, release planning, and performance evaluation. The interaction between system users (Product Owner, development team, stakeholders) and the application environment is explored. The advantages of such software in improving transparency, flexibility, and project management efficiency are highlighted.
