Abstract

У роботі проаналізовано роль транспортної логістики як системи управління матеріальними потоками.

The paper analyzes the role of transport logistics as a system for managing material flows. The functional structure of logistics, specifically its operational and coordination components, is examined. Based on an analysis of the experience of Western European countries (Finland, Germany, Norway), key models of logistics management are identified. The author justifies the feasibility of implementing advanced technologies and developing intermodal transport to enhance the attractiveness of international road freight routes. It is established that effective logistics process management is a strategic factor in reducing product costs.
