Еволюція систем оповіщення населення в умовах війни: від традиційних медіа до цифрових платформ

Abstract

У роботі проаналізовано еволюцію систем оповіщення населення в умовах воєнних конфліктів від традиційних медіа до сучасних цифрових платформ та визначено основні етапи їх розвитку у ХХ–ХХІ століттях. Обґрунтовано вплив технологічного прогресу на швидкість і ефективність інформування населення, а також роль програмного забезпечення й кібербезпеки у функціонуванні сучасних систем.

The paper analyzes the evolution of public alert systems during military conflicts from traditional media to modern digital platforms and identifies the main stages of their development in the 20th and 21st centuries. The impact of technological progress on the speed and effectiveness of public information dissemination is substantiated, as well as the role of software engineering and cybersecurity in the functioning of modern systems.
