Прояв лідерських якостей у сучасної молоді

Abstract

У сучасних умовах активних соціальних змін особливої актуальності набуває питання формування та прояву лідерських якостей у молоді. Емпіричне дослідження здійснено на основі анкетного опитування, у якому взяло участь 55 студентів. Аналіз відповідей засвідчив, що більшість респондентів оцінюють рівень власних лідерських якостей як середній або вище середнього, зокрема в аспектах відповідальності, ініціативності, уміння працювати в команді та підтримувати позитивний соціально-психологічний клімат.

In today's environment of active social change, the issue of developing and demonstrating leadership qualities in young people is becoming particularly relevant. An empirical study was conducted based on a questionnaire survey in which 55 students participated. Analysis of the responses showed that most respondents rated their leadership qualities as average or above average, particularly in terms of responsibility, initiative, ability to work in a team, and maintaining a positive social and psychological climate. At the same time, the results indicate the need for further development of confidence and skills to influence the group. The data obtained confirm the relevance of developing the leadership potential of students within the educational process.
