Abstract

У роботі досліджуються сучасні проблеми розвитку соціального партнерства в Україні.

The paper explores the current problems of the development of social partnership in Ukraine. The importance of social partnership in the sphere of social and labor relations and its role in interaction between the state, employers and employees are considered. The main difficulties arising in the process of social dialogue are identified, in particular, the insufficient level of cooperation between the parties, the imperfection of the regulatory framework and the low efficiency of trade union organizations. Possible ways to improve social partnership in Ukraine and increase its role in ensuring social stability are analyzed.
