Фемінітиви у фаховому мовленні IT-спільноти

Abstract

Досліджено специфіку використання фемінітивів у професійному мовленні фахівців IT-галузі. Обґрунтовано актуальність аналізу цього явища для відображення реальних соціальних змін та забезпечення точності й інклюзивності комунікації. Виявлено, що, незважаючи на історичну традицію та сучасне зростання частки жінок у сфері (близько 25%), вживання фемінітивів стикається з мовними стереотипами та потребою в систематизації.

The specifics of the use of feminitives in the professional speech of IT specialists are examined. The relevance of analyzing this phenomenon is substantiated to reflect real social changes and ensure accuracy and inclusivity in communication. It is revealed that, despite the historical tradition and the current growth of the share of women in the field (about 25%), the use of feminitives faces linguistic stereotypes and the need for systematization.
