Зазначено, що розвиток емоційного інтелекту в закладах вищої освіти має здійснюватися комплексно, поєднуючи освітні, психологічні та соціальні підходи. Це не лише сприятиме формуванню гармонійної особистості, але й забезпечить готовність майбутніх фахівців ефективно діяти в складному та динамічному світі.
