dc.description.abstractУ тезах розглянуто питання стимулювання працівників до дотримання норм охорони праці із застосуванням економічних важелів. Проаналізовано роль матеріального заохочення, преміювання та інших фінансових механізмів у формуванні відповідальної поведінки персоналу щодо безпеки праці. Визначено, що ефективне поєднання економічних стимулів із організаційними заходами сприяє підвищенню рівня виробничої безпеки та зниженню виробничого травматизму. Обґрунтовано доцільність удосконалення системи економічного стимулювання дотримання вимог охорони праці на підприємствах.uk
dc.description.abstractThe theses consider the issue of stimulating employees to comply with labor protection standards using economic levers. The role of material incentives, bonuses and other financial mechanisms in the formation of responsible behavior of personnel regarding labor safety is analyzed. It is determined that the effective combination of economic incentives with organizational measures contributes to increasing the level of industrial safety and reducing industrial injuries. The feasibility of improving the system of economic incentives for compliance with labor protection requirements at enterprises is substantiated.en
