Способи управління новоствореними підрозділами і частинами безпілотних авіаційних комплексів (БАК)

Abstract

Проаналізовано організаційну структуру підрозділів, методи координації та контролю, використання сучасних технологій і підготовку персоналу. Визначено переваги і недоліки централізованого, децентралізованого та комбінованого управління. Запропоновано перспективи вдосконалення системи управління БАК. Робота базується на вивченні наукових публікацій, офіційних документів та практичного досвіду застосування БАК у сучасних умовах.

The organizational structure of the units, methods of coordination and control, use of modern technologies and personnel training are analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of centralized, decentralized and combined management are determined. Prospects for improving the management system of the LAC are proposed. The work is based on the study of scientific publications, official documents and practical experience in the application of the LAC in modern conditions.
