Abstract

The report highlights the complex impact of information technologies on the reform of science, education and the social sphere. The role of digital tools in accelerating scientific research is revealed, in particular through the use of cloud computing, big data analysis and open science methods. The transformation of the educational process under the influence of digital platforms, distance technologies, adaptive assessment systems and personalized learning tools is analyzed. Special attention is paid to the development of e-government, digital identification and automation of social services, which contributes to increasing the transparency and accessibility of public services. The current challenges are emphasized - cybersecurity, digital inequality and ethical aspects of the implementation of intelligent technologies. In general, digital transformation creates new opportunities for the development of human capital and the modernization of social institutions.
