Організаційно-економічні аспекти системи управління інноваційним розвитком промислового підприємства

Abstract

Статтю присвячено розгляду організаційно-економічного забезпечення системи управління інноваційним розвитком промислового підприємства. Визначено компоненти та взаємозв’язок підсистем системи управління інноваційним розвитком промислового підприємства. Досліджено та систематизовано принципи формування організаційно-економічного забезпечення системи управління інноваційним розвитком підприємства як сукупності класичних та специфічних принципів функціонування. Виокремлено функції, що виконує кожна підсистема системи управління інноваційним розвитком. Охарактеризовано методи, що можуть застосовуватися для здійснення ефективного процесу управління інноваційним розвитком.

The article is devoted to consideration of organizational and economic support of the system of management of innovative development of an industrial enterprise. The components of organizational and economic support in the system of management of innovative development of an industrial enterprise are determined. The components of the organizational support of the management system for the innovative development of the enterprise include: the legal-legal subsystem, the subsystem of the information support and the organizational subsystem. The financial-analytical subsystem, marketing subsystem and production subsystem are assigned components of the economic support of the management system of innovative development of the enterprise. Organizational and economic support of the management system for innovative development of the enterprise should be based on the implementation of certain principles. Principles of formation of organizational and economic support of the system of management of innovative development of the enterprise as a collection of classical and specific principles of functioning, which are expanded by the principles of: selective management, completeness of the cycle of management, alternative, hierarchical organization, stagedness, are studied and systematized. The functions performed by each subsystem of the management system of innovative development are distinguished. The functions of the control and control subsystems in the unified control system of enterprises development are considered in an organic combination with production processes. The methods that can be used to implement an effective process of management of innovative development are described: organizational-administrative, economic, technological and socio-psychological. The conducted research has shown that for the development of an effective system of management of innovative development at industrial enterprises it is necessary to apply organizational and economic support tools, which will allow to achieve the set goals more effectively. Also, the formation of organizational and economic support of the management system for innovative development of an industrial enterprise will allow not only to develop, but also to adjust the system of management of innovative development of the enterprise in accordance with market needs. The prospect of further research in this direction is to improve the information provision of the management system for the innovative development of an industrial enterprise.

Статья посвящена рассмотрению организационно-экономического обеспечения системы управления инновационным развитием промышленного предприятия. Определены компоненты и взаимосвязь подсистем системы управления инновационным развитием промышленного предприятия. Исследованы и систематизированы принципы формирования организационно-экономического обеспечения системы управления инновационным развитием предприятия как совокупности классических и специфических принципов функционирования. Выделены функции, которые выполняет каждая подсистема системы управления инновационным развитием. Охарактеризованы методы, которые могут применяться для осуществления эффективного процесса управления инновационным развитием.
