Роль інноваційних технологій у процесі вивчення гуманітарних дисциплін та формування конфліктологічної культури у студентів технічних ЗВО.

Abstract

В статті розкрито сутність поняття конфліктологічної культури особистості та конфліктологічної культури майбутніх фахівців технічних спеціальностей. Розглянуто проблеми формування конфліктологічної культури в технічних вищих навчальних закладах. Наголошується на особливості та проблемах впровадження інноваційних технологій в освітній процес технічних ЗВО під час вивчення гуманітарних дисциплін. Описано методика роботи з робочими зошитами для самостійної роботи з дисципліни «Педагогіка, психологія та методика викладання у вищій школі» для магістрів технічних ЗВО як один із прикладів інноваційних технологій. Автором запропоновано визначення робочого зошита, окреслено його мета, завдання, функції. Наведено приклади завдань.

В статье раскрывается сущность понятия конфликтологической культуры личности и конфликтологической культуры будущих специалистов технических спеціальностей. Рассмотрены проблемы формирования конфликтологической культуры в технических вузах. Отмечаются особенности и проблемы внедрения инновационных технологий в образовательный процес технических вузов при изучении гуманитарных дисцыплин. Описана методика работы с робочими тетрадями для самостоятельной работы по дисциплине «Педагогика, психология и методика преподавания в высшей школе» для магистров технических вузов, как один из примеров инновацоинных технологий. Автором предложено определение раю очей тетроди, определены ее цели, задачи, функции. Приведены примеры задач.

In the article the essence of the concept of conflictual culture of personality and conflictual culture of future specialists of technical specialties is disclosed. The problems of formation of conflictological culture in technical higher educational institutions are considered. The peculiarities and problems of introduction of innovative technologies in the educational process of technical universities during the study of humanitarian disciplines are emphasized. The author considers innovative teaching technologies as effective psychological and pedagogical methods, forms, means, which are based on the cultural and educational aspect, on the traditional achievements of education, which remain effective, but transformed depending on the time, psychological features of the person and the specialty of the institution and are implemented in the educational the process of a higher technical education institution for acquiring knowledge, developing skills and skills for work after graduation and everyday life of a future engineer. The method of work with workbooks for independent work on the discipline \"Pedagogy, Psychology and Teaching Methods in Higher School\" for the masters of technical universities is described as one of the examples of innovative technologies. The author proposes the definition of a workbook for independent work as a means of learning that contributes to the cognitive, creative and independent development of a specialist, helps in mastering knowledge of a certain discipline on the basis of solving non-standard tasks and forms the ability and ability to evaluate their own and others` capabilities. Workbooks must function as a basis for understanding the lecture material, improving its absorption and forming components of the conflict culture of future specialists in technical specialties. The main task of the working notebook developed by us is the development of independent acquisition of knowledge. Students are offered interesting tasks in the form of unusual questions, filling schemes and self-development schemes, crossword puzzles, scanwords, problem (pedagogical) situations, which students analyze. Tests and techniques for self-knowledge that have a psychological approach are offered, and students not only have to complete them, but also analyze what will enable them to get acquainted with the methodology and to deepen their knowledge of psychology and to acquire the skills to apply them in pedagogical activity.
