На шляху становлення суб’єктно-комунікативного підходу до особистості

Abstract

В статті досліджено проблеми означення та становлення суб’єктно-комунікативного підходу до особистості. Визначено та проаналізовано причини необхідності зміни методологічних основ дослідження сутності та розвитку особистості та її суб’єктності: зміна парадигми буття людини; криза діяльнісного підходу до людини (особистості); зростання ролі духовно-смислового виміру сутності та розвитку суб’єктної особистості; проблемами з визначенням предмета психології. Доведена необхідність трансформації парадигми «свідомості-Я» та діяльнісної парадигми буття людини в комунікативну парадигму, парадигму «Я – Інший». Обгрунтовано необхідність міждисциплінарного підходу до дослідження особистості та її суб’єктності.

The article examines the problems of definition and formation of the subject-communicative approach to personality. The reasons of necessity of change of methodological bases of research of essence and development of the person and its subjectivity are defined and analyzed: change of a paradigm of existence of the person; crisis of activity approach to the person (personality); the growing role of the spiritual and semantic dimension of the essence and development of the individual, especially its subjectivity; problems with determining the subject of psychology. Since the end of the XIX century in the science of man there is a change in the paradigm of human existence, from the philosophy of consciousness («consciousness- I») to the philosophy of communicative consciousness («consciousness-«I – Other»). This process started the crisis of the activity approach to the person (personality) and launched the mechanism of transformation of the activity approach into the communicative approach. The communicative approach strengthens the role of the spiritual and semantic dimension of the essence and development of the individual, especially its subjectivity. Obstacles to the definition of the subject of psychology also stand in the way of the formation of a subjective approach to personality, in particular attempts to expand the subject of psychology to the spiritual and semantic sphere of essence and development of personality and its subjectivity, which is the subject of philosophy. Therefore, we have substantiated the need for an interdisciplinary approach to the study of personality and its subjectivity. Based on the analysis, the need to transform the paradigm of «consciousness-I» and the activity paradigm of human existence into a communicative paradigm, the paradigm of «consciousness-«I – Other» is proved. It is substantiated that the need to overcome the philosophy of «consciousness-I» and activity approach, the need to strengthen the spiritual and semantic dimension of personality and its subjectivity, raises the question of becoming a subject-communicative approach, which in our opinion can be an effective methodological principle holistic theory of personality.
