У роботі проаналізовано теоретичні та методичні аспекти управління розробкою і реалізацією конкурентної стратегії підприємства. Визначено фактори конкурентного середовища, в якому функціонують сучасні підприємства. Наведено методи розрахунку ефективності реалізації конкурентної стратегії підприємства.
