Методи виділення контурів на зображеннях ОКТ

Abstract

Розглянуто методи виділення контурів на зображеннях ОКТ з використанням операторів Кенні, Собеля та Прюітт. Здійснено обробку тестових зображень ОКТ кожним з них в середовищі MATLAB. Виконано порівняння результатів даних методів шляхом оцінки індексу структурної схожості.

This paper considers methods for extracting contours from OCT images – the Kenny operator, the Sobel operator and the Pruitt operator. The practical implementation of these methods is carried out and examples of processing test images using each of the methods in the MATLAB environment are given. The results of these methods are compared by evaluating the structural similarity index.
