Abstract

In the article Depository system in Ukraine. It is established that the effective functioning of the Depository system is the key to the implementation of principles of transparency and equity prices for investment resources. The possibility of attracting investment in the stock market is an unconditional demand of the local enterprises. It is argued that a reliable functioning of the stock market, given the well-developed infrastructure with an appropriate mechanism of activity of the Depository system becomes robust engine of economic development of the country. Depository system of any country as an important segment of the stock market infrastructure is an integral part of and essential to the functioning of the stock market. The national Depository system is designed for centralized and efficient service to the various operations with securities on the territory of Ukraine. This system provides the custody of securities, transactions with securities, the settlement of these transactions, the possession of the full information on the current state of the securities market. For successful carrying out of operations with securities in the stock market required a well-adjusted and functional Depository system. Reflected a modern condition of the Depository system, identified problems and ways of their solution.

В статье рассмотрено депозитарную систему в Украине. Установлено, что эффективное функционирование депозитарной системы является залогом реализации принципов прозрачности и справедливости в отношении цен на инвестиционные ресурсы. Возможность привлечения инвестиций на фондовом рынке является безусловной потребностью отечественных предприятий. Аргументировано, что надежное функционирование фондового рынка, учитывая развитую инфраструктуру с соответствующим механизмом деятельности депозитарной системы, становится прочным двигателем экономического развития страны. Отражено современное состояние депозитарной системы, выделены проблемы и направления их решения.

У статті розглянуто депозитарну систему в Україні. Встановлено, що ефективне функціонування депозитарної системи є запорукою реалізації принципів прозорості та справедливості стосовно цін на інвестиційні ресурси. Можливість залучення інвестицій на фондовому ринку є безумовною потребою вітчизняних підприємств. Аргументовано, що надійне функціонування фондового ринку, враховуючи розвинену інфраструктуру з відповідним механізмом діяльності депозитарної системи, стає міцним двигуном економічного розвитку країни. Висвітлено сучасний стан депозитарної системи, виокремлено проблеми та напрями їх вирішення.
