Abstract

This article investigates the modern trends in the development of social entrepreneurship and substantiates the innovative models for ensuring its resilience (the ability to rapidly recover from shocks and crises). It is established that the intensification of socio-economic instability, the emergence of complex threats (such as pandemics, conflict-related displacement, and economic volatility), and the growing demand for addressing complex societal challenges necessitate a fundamental transition from traditional, grant-dependent operational models to financially sustainable and highly adaptive business solutions. The key global and national trends are systematically organized, including the hybridization of funding sources, the imperative for scaling social impact, and the deepening of digital transformation within operational processes. Particular emphasis is placed on the expediency of utilizing innovative mechanisms that enhance self-sufficiency and strategic stability. These mechanisms include impact investing (which links capital return to measurable social outcomes), social model franchising (for effective scaling and replication), and the integration of advanced technologies (AI, Big Data, and Blockchain) for robust verification and real-time monitoring of social outcomes. It is asserted that the strategic adoption of these hybrid and technological models contributes significantly to the diversification of revenue streams, a substantial reduction in reliance on transient donor assistance, and a demonstrable increase in overall operational agility. This includes the creation of a supportive and functional legal framework, the cultivation of resilient social innovation ecosystems (including accelerators and incubators), and the upgrading of managerial competencies with a focus on financial self-sufficiency and robust risk management. The paper establishes that social entrepreneurship, when anchored in innovative and resilient models, transcends its traditional role as a charitable function and becomes a pivotal driver of sustainable development and community stabilization.

У статті досліджено сучасні тенденції соціального підприємництва та обґрунтовано інноваційні моделі забезпечення його резильєнтності (здатності до відновлення). Визначено, що соціально-економічна нестабільність зумовлює необхідність переходу від традиційних, грантозалежних моделей до фінансово-стійких та адаптивних рішень. Систематизовано ключові тенденції, включаючи гібридизацію фінансування, масштабування соціального впливу та цифровізацію операцій. Акцентовано на доцільності використання інноваційних механізмів, таких як impact-інвестування, франчайзинг соціальних моделей та інтеграція технологій (AI/Big Data) для моніторингу соціального результату. Констатовано, що ці моделі сприяють диверсифікації доходів та підвищенню операційної гнучкості. Встановлено, що ефективне забезпечення резильєнтності вимагає створення сприятливого правового поля, розвитку соціальних інноваційних екосистем та підвищення управлінських компетенцій.
