Інноваційна модель керівника закладу освіти в сучасних умовах: управлінський аспект

Abstract

В статті представлена інноваційна модель керівника закладу освіти, що використовується у підготовці фахівців магістерського рівня вищої освіти галузі знань: 07 Управління та адміністрування; 073 Менеджмент. Управління освітнім закладом (за типом). Підкреслено важливість врахування сучасних освітніх тенденцій і змін. Охарактеризовано мотиваційно-цільовий, когнітивний, операційно-діяльнісний, рефлексивно-оцінювальний компоненти підготовки випускників магістерської програми до педагогічної управлінської діяльності. Наголошується на модернізації змісту, форм і методів у формуванні керівника нового типу.
