Abstract

Проаналізовано процес інтернаціоналізації вищої освіти як стратегічний напрям розвитку освітнього середовища. Зокрема, показано, що інтернаціоналізація спрямована на підвищення якості освіти та результатів навчання студентів у глобальному контексті. Запропоновано низку комплексних заходів для реалізації процесу інтернаціоналізації в сучасному університеті, що включають розробку стратегічних планів, створення сприятливого середовища для співпраці та комунікації між учасниками освітнього процесу.

Analyzed the process of internationalization of higher education as a strategic direction of development of the educational environment. In particular, it is shown that internationalization is directed at improving the quality of education and student outcomes in a global context. Proposed are some comprehensive activities for the implementation of the internationalization process in a modern university, including the development of strategic plans, creation of a favorable environment for cooperation and communication between participants in the educational process. The implementation of the proposed activities involves creating the necessary conditions for the active participation of students, lecturers and pedagogical staff in the processes of international cooperation and exchange of experience. That will help to improve the competitiveness of the university and the quality of education in general.
