Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyse predominant global trends in ICT integration within higher education systems, examining convergent patterns and context-specific variations to inform evidence-based policy development and strategic planning in Ukrainian universities. Analysis reveals several prominent global tendencies in ICT-education development, characterized by both convergent patterns reflecting shared challenges and priorities, and divergent approaches shaped by contextual specificities.
