| dc.description.abstract | This paper examines notification and communication methods used in information systems designed for residents of residential complexes. The study analyses push notifications, email, SMS, in-app messaging, and WebSocket-based real-time communication. A comparative evaluation of these methods is performed with respect to delivery speed, reliability, and user engagement.
