Abstract

Проаналізовано психологічні аспекти використання професійних соціальних мереж у кар’єрному розвитку.

The psychological aspects of using professional social networks in career development are analyzed. Their role in the formation of professional identity, self-presentation, social capital development, and career self-efficacy is considered. Special attention is paid to psychological risks associated with social comparison, impostor syndrome, the pressure of constant online visibility, and the disruption of boundaries between personal and professional space. It is shown that professional social networks can be an effective tool for career advancement if they are used consciously, authentically, and in a psychologically balanced way.
