Концепція управління фінансовими потоками в логістичних системах

Abstract

Досліджено теоретичні засади та практичні принципи організації й координації фінансових потоків у логістичних системах підприємств. Проаналізовано науковий доробок провідних учених у сферах стратегічного планування, ризик-менеджменту та цифровізації фінансово-логістичних процесів.

The abstract examines the theoretical foundations and practical principles of organizing and coordinating financial flows within enterprises' logistics systems. The scientific contributions of leading scholars in the fields of strategic planning, risk management, and digitalization of financial-logistical processes are analyzed. A sequential management algorithm is substantiated, encompassing financial needs analysis, budgeting, operational online monitoring of monetary transactions, and risk mitigation. Particular attention is paid to optimizing accounts receivable and payable to prevent cash shortages. It is proven that the integration of Industry 4.0 technologies and the diversification of funding sources are key prerequisites for increasing business liquidity and competitiveness.
