Abstract

У роботі проаналізовано використання регресійних моделей для прогнозування якості програмного забезпечення та визначено основні напрями застосування статистичних методів у програмній інженерії.

The paper analyzes the use of regression models for software quality prediction and identifies the main directions of applying statistical methods in software engineering. The role of regression analysis in defect prediction, performance evaluation, and ensuring software system reliability is substantiated. The advantages of using mathematical models in the process of software development and testing are determined.
