Вплив інновацій на розвиток підприємств

Abstract

У статті розглянуто економічну сутність інновацій. Розглянуто зв'язок між інноваціями та конкурентоспроможністю, економічним зростанням. Досліджено динаміку впровадження інновацій на підприємствах України за 2014–2017 рр. Виявлено, що за останнє п’ятиріччя спостерігається впровадження нового та постійне удосконалення наявного обладнання підприємств. Досліджено динаміку фінансових результатів підприємств та показано вплив інновацій на розвиток підприємств. Інновації є досить поширеним та важливим регулятором у сучасному світі. В останні роки інновації стрімко зростають за межами нашої країни, тому слід отримати новий досвід та удосконалювати вітчизняні підприємства інноваціями. Обґрунтовано, що активізація інноваційної діяльності на вітчизняних підприємствах забезпечить подальше економічне зростання та високий рівень конкурентоспроможності вітчизняних підприємств та національної економіки загалом

Innovative technologies are new or improved technologies that improve the life of society. The scheme of innovation and options as can be achieved competitiveness both in the external and domestic market. The influence of the trend to the growth of technologies, namely the replacement of old equipment with a new one, is considered. It is the implementation of such solutions that make up the content of innovation. And this is due to the problems that are present in most companies in Ukraine: staff turnover, lack of education, moral and physical deterioration of equipment, the need to preserve all types of resources. Therefore, methods are proposed to eliminate this trend and improve the situation both in the external and domestic market. Among these methods are the introduction of new tools and new means of labor, the use of new objects of labor, fuel, and energy, the use of modern management approaches, modernization of technical equipment, etc. In addition, a good influence sets the strategic activity of the company, marketing, sales process, this is what contributes to the progress of the competitiveness of the company. The increasing role of creation and use of new materials is characterized as one of the important directions of scientific and technical progress of enterprises. It was found that if the outdated equipment will be more updated over time, new quality products will be introduced, there will be an improvement of working conditions, then the scientific and technical development of the enterprise will effectively grow. In article the economic essence of innovations is considered. The dynamics of the introduction of innovations at enterprises of Ukraine for the years 2014–2017 was investigated. The impact and development of innovative technologies on the activities of the enterprise was considered. Analyzing this subject, it is revealed that this category faces certain difficulties, through the difficult economic situation of the country. Through analysis and statistics, there were identified the main problems and ways to solve it. Thus, it became possible to learn about the activities of enterprises throughout the country, what is the important role of innovation and the main methods that will help to achieve the competitiveness of enterprises in foreign and domestic markets.

В статье рассмотрена экономическая сущность инноваций. Рассмотрена связь между инновациями и конкурентоспособностью, экономическим ростом. Исследована динамика внедрения инноваций на предприятиях Украины в 2014–2017 гг. Выявлено, что за последнее пятилетие наблюдается постоянное введение нового и усовершенствование существующего оборудования предприятий. Исследована динамика финансовых результатов предприятий и показано влияние инноваций на развитие предприятий. Инновации являются достаточно распространенным и важным регулятором в современном мире. В последние годы инновации стремительно растут за пределами нашей страны, поэтому следует получить новый опыт и совершенствовать отечественные предприятия инновациями. Обосновано, что активизация инновационной деятельности на отечественных предприятиях обеспечит дальнейший экономический рост и высокий уровень конкурентоспособности отечественных предприятий и национальной экономики в целом
