В роботі наведено результати дослідження перспективних програмних інструментів для аналізу даних, які можуть бути застосовані для ведення вітчизняного бізнесу, їх характеристика, визначення особливостей, переваг і недоліків різних інструментів бізнес-аналітики, рекомендацій щодо впровадження.
