The complexity and scale of logistics operations in trade enterprises necessitate implementing efficient management solutions to reduce operational costs and improve service delivery. The study also addresses the problem of inefficiencies in logistics management, which often lead to increased costs and delays in the supply chain. To solve this, we designed an optimization-based model that minimizes transportation and storage costs while maximizing the overall performance of the logistics process. This research aims to develop a method and corresponding software based on optimization algorithms to enhance the efficiency of logistics operations. The proposed method integrates linear programming and heuristic algorithms to optimize routing, inventory management, and resource allocation. It compares optimization approaches to identify the most effective solutions for typical trade enterprise logistics scenarios. The software is designed with a user-friendly interface and flexibility to adapt to varying enterprise needs. Preliminary results show a significant improvement in operational efficiency, with reduced delivery times and logistics costs by up to 25%. A software tool was developed to implement these algorithms in real-time logistics operations. This study contributes to the advancement of logistics management practices by providing an innovative solution with the potential to improve competitiveness in the trade industry. The findings demonstrate the potential of optimization algorithms to improve logistics operations and suggest further opportunities for integrating with AI-based systems.
