У статті розглядаються сучасні підходи до використання штучного інтелекту (ШІ) в інформаційних системах. Аналізуються основні напрями застосування ШІ, такі як обробка природної мови, машинне навчання та комп`ютерний зір. Особлива увага приділяється перевагам та викликам, пов`язаним із впровадженням ШІ у різних галузях, зокрема в медицині, фінансах та освіті. Визначаються перспективи подальшого розвитку технологій ШІ та їх вплив на суспільство. Також розглядаються етичні аспекти, питання захисту даних та майбутнє ШІ у контексті глобальних технологічних змін.
