Abstract
The article examines the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and digitalization in higher education in Ukraine, highlighting both the opportunities for enhancing educational delivery and the challenges related to equity, data privacy, and faculty readiness. It presents empirical evidence and theoretical analysis to explore how these technologies are reshaping learning experiences, administrative processes, and policy frameworks. The study concludes with strategic recommendations for ensuring an inclusive, ethical, and effective adoption of AI and digital technologies in Ukrainian higher education institution
